While sitting at Bastille Days enjoying our beignets, a gentleman approached us, and asked about this famous French dance.  He described it in some detail, then said, "I don't suppose it's done anymore, since it portrays domestic violence."  I smiled and said, "Make sure you catch our five o'clock show.  It's the second dance.  It's called the Apache.  And yes, we had to clean it up a little for modern sensibilities.  We have a lot of children in the audience."  So, here by popular demand, is the Apache...

The weather was perfect, the audiences were wonderful, Bastille Days is an awesome place to put on a show!
